What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Therefore, send the item back using the most economical trackable shipping method (regular Postal service), not courier service.

UPS, FedEx, TNT, EXPRESS delivers to 240 countries. There are a few remote areas though, that UPS, FedEx and TNT does not deliver. In this case if no one of these companies can deliver your parcel will be shipped via CYPRUS POST.

Yes, with the EXPRESS SHIPPING -UPS, FedEx, TNT- the tracking number is available anywhere.

With the Cyprus Post office offers tracking information about my priority registered mail in any countries (US, Europe, Asia, Singapore,...) except for Australia, New Zealand and Canada where it is always possible to see only the proof of departure and delivery.
